We are facing a legal office created in 1997.

Its owner, Jesús Santidrián del Álamo, after graduating in Law from the Carlos III University of Madrid in 1995, he joined the Professional College of Property Administrators of Madrid and shortly after, Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid, both associations marking the line of development of the firm from its beginnings: specialization in horizontal property and urban leases, as well as civil and family law, due to personal concern.

Always working so that conflict resolution can take place before going to court, he trained in Mediation for more than a decade, convinced of the potential behind it and the good results it allows.

For many years, property administration was the main activity, with two offices open to the public, evolving into a comprehensive office of representation and legal advice services in civil, family and real estate matters, mainly.

The head of the firm is its owner, although it also has excellent collaborators, who allow us to offer a comprehensive quality, agile, effective, rigorous and honest service to our clients, in various areas of Law.

Product of his extensive knowledge of the real estate sector and the experience and professionalism accumulated in more than 25 years, the firm also offers its real estate consulting services (intermediation in the purchase and sale of properties), as well as business consulting to Property Management offices that are evaluating the sale of their portfolio.
