Although it may seem somewhat presumptuous, the truth is that it is difficult to find in the Central Peninsula area a firm with greater knowledge of the Property Management sector than Santidrián Abogados y Mediadores.

Since 2016, the year in which the firm divested from that business area, its owner has been carrying out important work in attracting and integrating professional firms, initially for a company in the sector – whose business plan failed and they did not know implement it—and currently for another company with a strong national presence and 60 years of history, Mediterráneo (www.mediterraneoglobal.es).

It is a reality that the daily work of the Property Administrator has become exponentially more complicated, with many more responsibilities being assumed and while the fees to be received have suffered a clear downward adjustment, which has caused an purchasing loss and a reduction in the income statements of most of the professional property management firms.

The client has become hyper-demanding and their loyalty is more in doubt than ever, so the option of seeking the support, as an umbrella, of a larger company, which makes our day-to-day life easier, bet for family and work conciliation and allows us to continue working on what we like and know but with a lower degree of responsibility and uncertainty, it seems a safe bet.
